SEAMLESS PIPES

Seamless pipes are able to withstand high pressures, they are widely used in high-pressure applications including refineries, hydraulic cylinders, hydrocarbon industries, and in Oil and Gas infrastructure. In general, the application of seamless pipes depends on the thickness of the pipe wall. Higher temperatures are required to produce pipes with thicker walls which reduces deformation resistance resulting in a larger deflection.

SPIRAL PIPES

The Spiral welded pipe is mainly used in tap water engineering, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, electric power industry, agricultural irrigation and urban construction. The steel pipe has strong pressure bearing capacity and good plasticity, which is convenient for welding and processing and forming.

ERW PIPES

Electric Resistance Welding Pipes and tubes are widely used in diverse industries including engineering, fencing, line pipes, scaffolding, etc. Some of the common applications of ERW pipes can be found in agriculture and irrigation sector, especially in sewerage systems, water mains, and industrial water lines, deep tube wells, plant piping, etc. They are also widely used in gas pipe lines specially in manufacturing pipe lines for natural gas, LPG and other non-toxic gas.

Special features of superior quality ERW pipes and tubes
· High strength corrosion resistance
· High malleability
· Superior strength
· Durable and sturdy

MS FITTINGS

ASME B16.9 Elbow belongs to a range of pipe fittings that have a diameter of ½ inches through 48 inches. Pipe fittings are products that are used to connect pieces of pipes or piping components together without compromising the integrity of the whole piping. There are bends, couplings, elbows and so on. The ASME 16.9 elbow dimensions make it applicable with small to medium size range of piping applications. There are different grades of materials used in the production of the fittings as well. The elbows come in different types, shapes and sizes as well.
The B16.9 long radius elbow has a longer bending radius than normal. This helps the elbow to eliminate the sudden pressure changes on the inside during the directional change. The short radius elbow on the other hand is the usual product. The 3d elbow has a radius that is 3 times the outer diameter of the pipe whereas the 5 d elbow has a radius 5 times bigger than the outer diameter of the pipe. The carbon steel 45 degree elbow and the SS 90 degree elbow ASME b16.9 are the commonly used ones, but there is also the 180 degree elbow. OXYGEN LANCING PIPES

Oxygen lance is a device used to melt or cut steel too thick to be cut by using ERW mild steel pipe to feed oxygen under pressure to a preheated area, supplying a constant 40-50 PSI (2.7-3.5 bar) flow to the lance. The lance tube itself should be as long as is practical since it is steadily consumed during the cutting process and should keep the operator at a safe distance from the cutting area.

The cutting procedure is also fairly simple considering the thickness of material that it melts. The edge of the section of steel is heated to a bright cherry red with the oxy-acetylene torch and the tip of the oxygen lance is then applied to this area. The pressurized flow of oxygen causes a vigorous oxidation reaction on the surface of the steel which, in turn, causes a peak in localized temperature sufficient to melt the material. The jet of oxygen also serves to blast away this melted material creating a channel or cut in the steel.

The oxygen lance should not be confused with a thermal or thermic lance. Thermal lance operates on a similar principle but uses a bundle of iron and magnesium wires inside the lance tube to create a self-sustaining and extremely hot cutting flame

MS FLANGES

Flanges are pipe fittings that are used to connect pipes or fittings together to perform different functions. They have a raised part so that they could be attached well to the other component either by welding or by bolting. Mild Steel Flanges are common in usage as they provide a medium range of strength and corrosion resistance in a balance. There are also different functionalities of the flanges we make. Our MS blind flange is used in applications that require a closure of pipes. In locations where the connection has to be sealed water tight, the MS puddle flange can be used. It seals the ends of both pipes inside the flange part. There are different standards such as the mild steel flange ANSI B16.5 which has flanges of ½ inches to 24 inches with varying pressure capacities. The MS plate flange is used to provide an additional surface of attachment. Our mild steel forged flange parts are used in heavy welding applications.
